    Thanks for surfacing this. This usually occurs when you are using a VPN, public wi-fi, or connecting through a proxy.

    A few things you can try:
    - Please avoid using the type of network / configuration as described above
    - Clear your cache
    - Try a different browser

    Tried 3 different browsers, no vpn, on personal Wi-Fi. sign up still throws are you a human loop.
